The version I heard was that, after the second World War the British government asked the Australian government to consider allowing the creation of a Jewish state in the Kimberlys. Good question to ask.This is the answer I would arrive at given my current understanding of the middle east conflict and how it might relate to here. From what I've seen Israel have only been reactively aggressive to terror. If given land in Australia the only tension I would see might be native title if it over lapped the area. But given that is court decisions not violence I doubt we would have the same situation. Plus in Australia they would be surrounded by an essentially western population, not an enemy that wants them destroyed, not because of any so-called occupation but based on religious ideology.

I’m talking about the current situation and whether that conflict could reach our shores. Additionally, there’s the question of a colony being established in the richest part of the country. Good question to ask.This is the answer I would arrive at given my current understanding of the middle east conflict and how it might relate to here.
From what I've seen Israel have only been reactively aggressive to terror. If given land in Australia the only tension I would see might be native title if it over lapped the area. But given that is court decisions not violence I doubt we would have the same situation.
Plus in Australia they would be surrounded by an essentially western population, not an enemy that wants them destroyed, not because of any so-called occupation but based on religious ideology.
