Neat looking little scoot. I'd pay a good couple of g's for it. Did the math, and Shannon put that thing together for about $4500, so a price of about $8000 to $9000 would be quite reasonable. IF Danny didn't keep it...

Old school biker here, that's what i call keeping it real. Love picking parts at the swap meets and changing my rides look every so often.

Very impressive. Although the gas tank still has some scratches but what do you expect. Building it in one whole day, on the swap me area itself.
That's a sweet looking bike. Only thing I would change is probably the handlebars and tune up the engine a bit more.
Build a whole bike in 1 day. Meanwhile it took me half a day just to install ape hangers on a bike 😭😭

Softail frames did not exist in 1983. That is an '84 or '85 frame and that transmission will not fit in an unmodified 84/85 Softail frame nor will it fit that primary case. That motorcycle was not built in a swap meet parking lot.

Yeah. I think your looking for out of the box thinking you could be on to something here. Look, you guys build really cool custom cars and bikes but let’s face it, can an average guy like me walk in and get a Counts Custom made motorcycle for under 8 9 or 10 grand? Maybe you do but it isn’t anything I would know about. Looking for new revenue streams something like this could be the way to go.
