There are a few reasons this can happen. The outfit should not be on a busy background. A white or plain background is best. Also for the free plan you can only change tops. Let me know how it goes!

Yes you can do that.

Yes you can do that. The AI will have a bit more of a free range when generating an image in such a case.

Yes they are free! There are a few real models who ask for their AI clones to be paid when you use them but there are more free models.
the blouses in real pictures different than on models if you focus on details and cuts
