Cyber attack on water-control systems

It is believed that a flood in Muleshoe, Texas was orchestrated by Russian cyber attackers. The hacking group identified themselves as the Cyber Army of Russia Reborn. The group posted a video online of the town's water-control systems being manipulated, showing how they reset the controls.

I've tried hard to get into the industry. The hiring gap is out of this world. I want to be apart of the fight. Russia and China focused on training their people while in the industry. The US focuses on wanting experience 3+ years, before you're hired. So Russia and China already have the manpower and we don't. So yes we're way behind because the focus is different.
