The best prank someone ever pulled on me was on my birthday one year, I really wanted a laptop, and I go to open a box, now my dad had got a laptop recently, and the one they had ordered for me hasnt got in yet, so instead of a laptop being in my box, they used my dads old laptop box and filled it with a bunch of rocks with a picture of a laptop in the box... the actual laptop got their 2 weeks later.
