I think that the I.Os should wear something casual like T shirt and jeans/ cargo pants when conducting a stake out at the suspect's place. They can still keep their guns and handcuffs while wearing casual clothes. By wearing office clothes and hanging out at the void deck and lift landings, the suspect from afar will know that they are cops from their attire if they watch crimewatch and flee. 😂
No need la, spore criminals all so dumb, commit their crimes openly without worrying about cctv or witnesses, somemore dunno how to cover tracks or hide. Bodoh to the max!
