Hi, thanks for asking! #10 does stay in for longer in the example in the video. The two players inside can be fluid (they can decide amongst them selves who leaves) or you can set up in a certain rotation (where each players stays in circle for two passes then leaves). The certain rotation set up is great for younger players, and the fluid is good for older players to communicate and be more creative with their movement! Hope that helps!
Very good Match Day Warm Up
I like this but #10 seems to stay inside the circle longer than other players. Is that correct?

10 is the midfielder and playmaker. He suppose to be in the mix.
3 players play, six stand around
You messed up with number 10
