Ljubljana bus station (next to the railway station) has luggage storage information available online: www.ap-ljubljana.si/en/luggage-storage. I am sure that the railway station has luggage storage option as well, but there is no info online. I suggest you ask there, when you arrive. Safe travels :)

For short journeys by bus, for longer journeys by train. There is more room after all.

The train station closes after 10 p.m. Last year I forgot my glasses on the bench here. I only found out after arriving in Prague.
Ljubljana is nice, i was here a few years ago. Even steam train arrived at the train station.
