I agree about getting older, but WE'RE STILL STANDING! HA. I just received my 'topper' today due to thinning hair on top AND sides where once I had hair thickness like a carpet! WOW, is all I can say! What a difference it makes. I got it in the Sandy Silver because I have light brown hair with some gray in it and it matched my long hair PERFECTLY! Wished the long toppers came in Sandy silver. But I now can put my long hair in a pony tail or clip it up in a claw and NEVER feel self conscious as previously there was not enough hair to cover my ears (think 'see thru')OR thats its a "wig topper". I’m blessed to have a hair stylist who does custom pieces. She has already colored and highlighted my hair and when the hairpiece comes in, she will color and cut it to match mine. She said it will last a lifetime.

The part I’m not sure about is how to wash it and care for it. Do you have a video for that?
She also said she doesn’t know anyone who doesn’t have two hairpieces so when you send one into the salon for styling you have the other to wear.

No human hair here. So you cannot dye our pieces. Most clients, like me, choose a fantastic color and take the piece to our hair dresser to match our color to the piece. I would like to thank you for your raw honesty about YOUR personal feelings about yourself. First let me tell you that you are beautiful, truly you are. However I can attest to what you’re frustration is with getting older. I have had a similar experience with my hair thinning considerably and literally changing from thick beautiful hair to thin receding and dull. Whenever I complain or feel depressed and try to explain what it is I’m going through, I find people are quick to judge me as being too vain. Some of us women really liked feeling pretty and our love for our “assets” gave us confidence and a sense of well-being. Being less than, and having options to supplement that loss is a godsend! I too have a husband I love to look good for. But I can tell you he’s put up with a lot of tears when I bought cheaper toppers and when they didn’t work out.. I wasn’t going anywhere! Lol. You expressed what I’ve tried to explain to others but somehow couldn’t get a sincere genuine response. I now after hearing your same struggle know I’m not the only one that feels lost without my “good hair” lol thank you and keep up your amazing journey and know that you have touched many others with your honesty!💕

I love your honesty! It truly is a “BITCH”! My hair started falling out 5 years ago after knee surgery, and I’m only in my 40’s. The stress of my husband getting dementia at 50 has kept it thin. I know that I have seen women in public that have thin hair and it becomes a focal point. That’s what you see first, now how she looks as a woman or how beautiful she is.

For anyone reading this, these are beautiful, just as advertised. The clips are really easy to use and the hair looks and feels so natural!
I have quite a bit of hair still, long, no bald spots, but I'm globally thinning out - a lot. For me, this was the perfect time to start getting used to hair pieces.

Im impressed! As a hair stylist for many years, I never really like wigs! But I love these! I have short hair now because I can't blow out my long thick hair anymore because of my hands are full of arthritis. So i would love to wear these. They don't cover your entire head and feel hot.

Get one I am over 65 always had thin hair now worse after menopause. They hold great even on very thin hair. Dont pull or hurt. Takes 5 mins to put on and stays even in wind and rain storms. Easy to care for. I kept my long brown hair tinted natural color. Matches perfect. I chose real hair but both are great.
Fluoride in tap water, toothpaste, etc. is the main cause of hair loss due to low thyroid. I have been drinking bottled water for 30 years, and have been tested for thyroid problems and my test is normal, turns out it is from lack of hormones after my HRT was taken away in 2002. I do not drink water with fluoride in it. I now turned gray and lost about 70% of my hair.
What if I don't have a thyroid?

I tease the top of my hair and by the end of work, it has fallen down. This is the long topper that I purchased and it is wonderful. I had been teasing the hair on the top of my head for extra height for so many years that it was getting really thin on top thru the crown area. Plus I foil my hair and was always having to deal with grow out and needing to get the roots re-foiled. Now with this topper I can go forever without worrying about getting my hair grow out foiled because I just put on the topper and no one knows because the topper always looks perfect. I no longer have to tease my own hair because the topper has enough of a lift already. I definitely am going to try doing the hairstyles that you just showed us how to wear in this video because it looks so cute that way!

Looks great! I just went on your website and I did not notice any silver or grey colour pieces. I stopped colouring my hair...and I totally love the colour now but I have thin hair especially around my crown and just need something to cover that spot as I have grown my hair out shoulder length and I like to wear it up or put it in a small ponytail. The problem is the thinning spot really shows on my crown. Would you have anything available for that area of the head?

Wow! A friend at church referred me to your channel here and I've been browsing and yes, shopping (just ordered Freedom the other day). These are the most Beautiful, natural looking wigs I’ve ever seen! I’ve been sitting here over an hour, and I’m so impressed I want one of each!! I believe my color would be Silver Stone. Aside from my hair thinning from aging, I have begun to notice a little more hair loss when my thyroid level is a bit low, due to Graves’ disease. Are your wigs easy to care for and are they washable, also, can a low heat curling iron be used? The only hairspray acceptable is the Godiva spray or are there other low alcohol sprays that might be used? Very interested! Thank You! Must start Shopping.......

We suggest no heat items except for our "Hot Roller Brush", many women try their own items and sometimes it's too hot. We know our products and how great they do work with our wigs and any synthetic wigs; you don't need it for style since the styles of our wigs return to their original style after washed and conditioned. This was on my opening feed...I have been watching how the women of color put their wigs on, bout a wig, bought the glue, now have the wig(too much hair) no clips, and scared to death to try it, as I have little hair in the front to trust not ripping off, besides the fact it seems like such a process! Are you kidding me? Just by chance, I stumbled on this video and have been binge watching all of your videos. I thought all wigs were like the ones my granny used to wear and never imagined how much they have changed. I can't believe how natural looking they are. My hair was always my identity until dreaded menopause reared her ugly head and now my hair thinner and receding and my good hair days are very few and far between. Getting the hair toppers to match your own hair is one of my d biggest problems since I color my hair too! Plus to color my hair dresser puts on my hair wash’s out fairly quick!!!
Hi again FeFe, Rochelle here! I have been coloring my own hair or my hair dresser does it too. I have been using Preference by L'Oreal for years when I do it and it stays great. Remember too, that with top pieces, the top of your head won't be showing, just the bottom.

My hair loss is so very much on the front...talking maybe a total of 100 hairs across the entire front of my former hairline 😔 but I try to wear toppers, even though I don't have much hair for the clips to grab onto. I’ve been wearing Toppers and extensions for my hair loss for over 5 years, after weight loss surgery (and having PCOS) I would buy human hair and color them to my hair...but I missed having high lights..until Godiva’s Secret! Id love to try this because I'm losing hair and its frightening and frustrating trying to cover it up. I am a vocalist and I need to look my best and not worry about my hait thinning. I'm just afraid ill get the wrong color and not get the right size and I dont want to look like im wearing a wig. Frustrated that there are no shops I can go to and try them out.

Is there a place on the website to see the different colors you carry. I just saw the names when I looked at the toppers.
Hi Kate, yes, there are 2 ways to see colors. 1. Choose an item and click on it. Then, you'll see the middle area that says "Pick A Color". The bar will show you all the colors that particular item comes in. Here's a link to show you what it looks like:

2. The other way is this link on our website to show you all of our colors. Here's the link, then choose either the video color or specific colors here:

I would like to see this instruction using someone with less hair volume than you have naturally. Would this be possible? I have the receding problem at the temples but much less hair and also no fringe/bangs. Looking to get a wig or piece but can not decide what would be the best choice for me.

Rochelle I love you, love your hairpieces and the easy relaxed way you present your videos. Please make a video showing showing all colors of each hairpiece. I purchased a hairpiece but returned it as it was too much hair for me. Thank you for your return policy. I purchased second hairpiece but the color is not right. I am returning it. I need a medium mono hair piece in a lighter brown. Should be easy but it’s not. Can u help?

Many times, I love the color of a piece and decide to have my hair colored to match it and be that color for a while! Hope that helps!

I am 54 and my hair is doing what yours is doing and I am having the hardest time trying to find a wig I like or one that is comfortable and easy to manage. I am 4'10" and need the height as well. I wish the 80's hair would come back in style...lol

Susan, I'm sending you a big hug and suggesting that you try one of our wigs and stop feeling frustrated about your hair. It is so freeing to take that step. You can read comments from countless clients on our website who took the plunge and now their best friend is their wig!
Your hairline looks a lot like mine now. I have frontal fibrosing alopecia which is why I’m researching hair pieces.
I understand; and if your hairline has few hairs, know that our clips at the hairline are not at the temple - where we first lose more hair. They are a little higher up, and you can always move the clips by taking them off and re-sewing them.

I too have very thin hair. Just turned 64, and bought my 1st wig The Freedom in Auburn Sugar-R, I absolutely love it! I feel pretty again! Most women feel the same way, it's part of our "Femininity." I'm going for my second wig in May, SABRINA-hoping for the IRISH SPICE but, sold out at this time, hopefully will be back in stock by May. I love watching mother and daughter together. They are both...GORGEOUS! So very helpful. With my 1st wig I bought the brown average wig grip band (it works marvelously) also got both brushes, wire & purse (but my purse brush is missing "teeth") I intend to buy the shampoo/conditioner, their hair spray and the wig clip. I am so happy with this company! Give them a try, you won't regret.....
