I've toured by private vehicle and/or Ceres buses through the whole of Panay: a great island with white sand offshore islands that attract (thus far) few tourists on weekdays, plus wonderful Catholic churches and attractions like a fish spa at Tibiao, and restaurants in Iloilo City that specialise in delicious seafood. Plus Guimaras Island with its best in class mangoes not far away! This was a great video by Rob, but at 4:27 the volume of his voice was less than usual, so increase the volume on your PC or smartphone to hear the words of wisdom more clearly. Great cove find.
I really wanted to see Gigantes Island, it looks beautiful. Did you get to that island? Without looking at the video I'm sure the sound was when I talked about the cave. I used the gopro's internal mic. It's no where near as good. It's very rare that I talk with the gopro and you can see (hear!) why. I'll try to stay away from it in future. Cheers.
@@FindingParadise Yes, I visited Gigantes a few years ago via a large bangka from Estancia. It's wonderful, but unfortunately I got food poisoning from all the scallops. It cleared up later that day thank God.
Why is it so difficult to find a (western) sailboat with crew, for hire? Would you happen to know if any are available for private, day sail, for about a dozen adults?
@@FindingParadise Please persist as your videos will inform tens of thousands of prospective travellers. Philippines needs the income and locals need the employment, and the progress so far on rehabilitating the 'main road' plus building or widening footpaths to make it far easier to walk is most impressive.
Nice places you visit. I'm very exited for your next Videos 😉👍👍
Cheers. Hope to show more soon!
