I like this rustic kind of steady progression. Just got into Vault Hunters and I'm loving doing vault runs and building a huge ski chalet type mansion, but DawnCraft will be the next pack I dive into. RAD was a little too much grind.
I recommend getting into the Hexerei mod asap you can get a flying broom that you can store things in and carry like a boat, you need the nether cuz some things need blackstone so yeah btw the nether is CRAZY like its quite a challenge so be prepared

The fact that your crops aren't in alternating rows gives me woe XD I guess it's one of those vanilla mechanics that become unnoticed to the modded crowd :P
so, I think it's apotheosis that's making those "windswept" and other named armors. I've found you can get some ORANGE tier stuff, that's reaaaaally powerful, by killing end dimension critters. and...by having an enderman farm...you will end up with stacks upon stacks and STACKS of blue, purple and orange tier loot! or at least that's how it was for me when I was playing Enigmatica 9 with that mod active. *sagenod* but you can totally get blue, purple and a rare orange from nether mods too! but most mobs in the overworld it's grey greeen and blue only.
I know it's super late, and I have yet to watch the next episodes - but you don't actually have to do the contract quests! If you do quests for the Villagers, you'll eventually be gifted a contract. The quests just takes the guess work out of the questing for the villagers
did anyone else see the change in the way the spear attacks? when up till the rat fight at 7:37 it was stabbing and then in the mines 14:40 - slashing, the icon in the corner changes as well, does every weapon have different ways to attack?

Love the videos and this is one of the best mod packs to hit MC in a long wile. I do wonder though if you have problems with crows eating your crops with your farm being open like that. I have a lot of crows eating my crops.
Not sure if this is the base Dawncraft, but there is a better dawncraft patch which fixes a few bugs and adds a handful of mods... most notably Tom's Simple Storage, instead of using the cloud storage.
Oh did u disable max 1 backpack per inventory? There was a default setting of slowness 4 if u have 2 backpacks in inventory or more till u get rid of one.
that is a dungeion and its a super maze with sceletons and zombies and theres 3 to 4 floors and every floor gets harder and harder but it can give you depending on the loot pools diemond and iron tools and armour and enchantment books and seeds i never played this dawncraft pack so i dont know whats the chest loot would be but i would recomend some better weapons before doing deeper
Idk if this is a stupid question or if it will get answered how do you redo the trade without clicking it on the left? I've found goblins in the nether that take netherack for an emerald and I had filled my backpack with the stuff and sat there for 64 full trades clicking the trade then clicking the emerald to take it. Edit: Found out from looking around on the internet if you make a trade then hit space it refills the trade with the same item.

make sure to allocate more ram in curseforge settings. Go Curseforge -> Settings -> Minecraft -> Allocate Ram and put the slider up to around 8gb can go lower or higher depending on what you want.
@@silent5770 i have already 10gb allocated is there anything else i can do?. I get avarage 140 fps normally in that pack but its too choppy and its unplayable. And I even have everything on low
He has a tooltip over the villagers that says there name and job... I dont get this tooltip. how do you toggle it on? I get tolltips over other bocks but not villagers
Hey Chosen, have you thought of turning off the default resourcepack? It clashes with modded textures a lot, and the clash is super ugly. A lot of inconsistencies! By the way, great video! Loved it!!!

Sorry about that... Music is hard to deal with on UA-cam with a limited selection and huge copyright issues. I recently just stopped using music entirely
Btw you have to set the keybind to use your weapon ability. its under advanced combat mod and the ability is different for every weapon.

There is an item called Cage Trap that makes it easier to move mobs around. Also seats to keep them stationary for an ars mob farm.
Cage traps are great for companions if you have to travel by boat.
The little dudes underground offer insane trades. One of those trades is 1 gravel for two flint. Insane I know~

The Fletching Table can also make special arrows like obsidian which do more damage and mining arrows which break blocks in a continuous line.

Yep they are just making changes that make thing harder for everyone. That mindset is the reason I don't normally play packs like this.

You just need to hit zero on your numpad to pull up the settings and enable entities
