The first story sounds like uncle ji had a trauma response when he ran after the chor he might've started a flashback to his times in war and that could start a psychotic response to the entire thing. Rip uncle, i hope more war veterans get access to good mental health care to avoid psychotic responses to triggering situations..

Shimla story: Oh man, that entity wanted offerings every 6 months and these fools couldn't even meet that simple demand. Nothing fancy that too. Poor thing had to come in the middle of the night and growl and remind for food. But jokes aside, that's definitely not something you want to wake up to in the middle of the night.
