- *I may have gone just a “bit” overboard on the amount of soap used today 😂 It’s ok! This is one of my own rugs I keep it out here in my lanai and decided to give it a wash today.
Don’t laugh at my new rug scraping tool I bought! 😂😂😂 It’s a garden hoe, I didn’t realize how small it was until it arrived and how funny it looks on this video. 🤦🏻♀️🤣😅 I think I’ll keep it for smaller rugs. Still searching for a rug scraper but can’t find any in the US! May have to make one with a wooden head.
Washed this rug in my lanai. My camera man aka oldest son is away until the end of july and I miss him so much! 😢 Had to use a tripod, so only one angle for this video. I included the full carpet extraction at the end of this video.

You could try using a metal roof rake for scraping
@@samanthawarwick195 I bought a concrete spacer someone gave me the idea. Seems like it will work! Have to try it soon! But I’ll google that as well and see how it looks like. Thank you 😊

This was so enjoyable! What a great idea to do it on your patio!! Very creative thinking! You got your roter back! The scrubbing was wonderful and I didn't mind the tiny scraper at all lol. Yes I used my lanai, the problem is I have no where to drain the water, I thought I’d use the vacuum extractor to extract the water but it was too much and too much foam(I did go overboard with that soap! Lol)
And my rotary I’ve always had it but can’t use it when I wash outside because no access to power. A few days after this rug I went to someone’s house to do their rugs and there my machine broke! So had to order another one and got it yesterday. Hopefully this one will work and not break. It’s the same one just hoping the first one was just a defective one and this one now will work fine. I’ll use it when I do more rugs in my lanai. Right now I have a few more videos that are all scheduled to be uploaded, videos I have been doing for the past couple of months. Next one will be coming July 1st. 😊 May upload a time lapsed one until then. Will see. Again thank you so much for your ongoing support to me and my channel. 😊❤️😊

Yes when I wash in my lanai I can use it because I have access to power, when I wash outside I don’t so have to do it all manually. Thank you so much 😊

Yes can’t have it all. 😢 when my son comes back from vacation at the end of July(he’s my camera guy lol) then I’ll go outside and do more rugs with the white tarp. I have a few more videos to upload that were done before I had the tarp still to upload. Next is July 1st. :)
