if i might make a suggestion god? i all my years on earth i have learned one thing about reforming people there is no hell, quite like earth. if you really want to punish someone specifically "an angel" like sera then it really is simple just poke the bugs nest. simply trap her in their normal biblically form and reduce their power to be about the same as a active warhead. and watch as humans throw literal metal stones at them. "if god really want to punish someone he only need them make them know the true fear of god, by sending them to his creations." humans are a special breed of monster, if you want sera to change then send her powerless to the human world. just a suggestion, i mean your god if you really don't want her you could just rebuild her from scratch but that takes time and effort and humans we do WANT to help even if we don't know how best to do it. we are both a punishment and a reward, it just depends on who she gets stuck with.
