Out in the market there’s hardly any woman driving trucks anyway, better do the job then feel how hard it is....easier said than done!!

I was wondering that too. I’m American. Here, it is illegal to pay less based on gender.
The women don’t thrash them... less repairs maybe... more economical on fuel possibly... but overall treat the trucks better..
