Basically it depends on what you like from battling. If you like more aggressive and direct then you give Lupe round 1. If you like more displaying lyrical ability and showing you rap better, then you give Royce round 1. It's just like Hit em' up vs Who Shot Ya. Some people like Hit em' up better because it was super aggressive, disrespectful and pretty messy. Some people like Who Shot Ya better because it was a lyrically amazing along with the flow Biggie displayed. I personally give the edge to someone who is showing more rapping skill because to me rapper vs rapper should be about the skill of rapping and who is rapping better. I'm not so much into the drama part of it. I think the masses who may not really follow rap that much prefer the aggressive drama filled disses more.

I'm a huge Eminem fan, but I hate these Eminem bum boys who only like rappers who Eminem associates with. Lupe ate Royce whilst Royce said nothing at all. Royce relied on multi syllable rhyming to mask the fact he can not battle rap. Weird Eminem fans think a rapper being lyrical is synonymous with being able to battle.
Allow me to welcome everyone to real hiphop. These exchanges between these two titans make all of the other "i made a diss song about someone" tracks look like absolute daycare level nonsense. "I'm with all the smoke Matt Barnes, Shicarri Richardson" both well-known Mary Jane smokers lol.
Royce showcasing his talents wit this one
He used this to show how he's nice overall. It was planed. This is his black thought mommnet
WHUT??? 🤦🏾♂️😭😭😭
@@its_never_sunny_in_seattle you must be young....I can tell by your emojis
Royce is nice but he got washed twice in one week .
Even Royce fans be like "yo check out Lupe's response" 🤣
Royce had a better song… Lupe went more personal. I think Royce wins with this over “Steve Jobs”
“mickey factz aint going to get into this” that aged well
Congrats bro
Gotta check out lupes response Steve Jobs. He’s fighting back hard lol
Fighting Back? He smoked Royce lol
Fr he straight demolished him ⚰️🪦
He dismantled all of the lyrical, syllable rap genius that royce is so amazing at, stripped it back and WORKED ROYCE OVER. Hit that guy with some beefy body shots GAWD DAMN
@@My_Toy_Soldiers I was hoping i wasnt the only one who thought Royces wasnt all that, just sounds like over using vocabulary to sound like hes above everyone, i usually agree with everything Stevie says but I dont agree on this one, just sounds like a bunch of nonsense
He's fighting back hard with personal attacks. Rap wise Royce erased him and it's not close. MC's and hardcore fans know, casuals can't tell the difference
A Totally Different Level Of Rap Royce Displayed And That Bar Is Super High Now. It’s Only So Much The Young Guys Can Do And Absorb. Free Styling Can’t Do Anything With This Type Of Pen Game.
This is a song id NEVER play anywhere else...not in my car, my playlist, NOWHERE
IT GAVE ME A HEADACHE 😂 🤣
That in hd and 1080p bar just satisfies tf out of me
Royce is just different because he hits you with complex soulful poetic psychology. Rhyme scheme unmatched and the knowledge you must possess to comprehend everything that encompasses what he's saying it's levels above the face value diss tracks Lupe responded with.
And Lupe still beat royce with a freestyle off the dome
That conway bar about straightening face was fucking 🥶
Lupe was way more direct with shots at Royce in his track than Royce was. That’s why for me Lupe has this so far.
Royce setting him up
@@passtheenergy8464 nah Lupe setting HIM up, he already got SLR 4 on deck. lmao
Nah Lupe holding an L so far
@@HypaXLink maybe that's why Royce backed down now..
Listen to rap my whole life, and studied rappers. I’m rarely ever impressed, but appreciate when I hear something nice. Idk how you guys find these bars pause worthy.
Cool story bro
Did you hear Lupe’s tho?! The Steve Jobs one?
I am sitting here drinking my coffee with my head bent trying so hard to try and catch some bars all by myself and then you have to go and talk about Nick Cannon "Schplacking(???)" after the testicular fortitude line... I snorted coffee up my nose and coughed and choked. Goddam it, Ole Boy!!! I was FOCUSED
Word to God, I love Royce like it's my job, and this shit deff slaps, but you gotta hear Lupe. That fuckin guy had both barrels on standby
Royce won for me. Lupe had a great track don't get me wrong. I love the Salem calling me a witch line. But Royce showed his lyrical genius on this.
@Dj Ill that’s all opinion but it’s cool you have your own we can agree to disagree
Allow me to welcome everyone to real hiphop. These exchanges between these two titans make all of the other "i made a diss song about someone" tracks look like absolute daycare level nonsense. Just beautiful to listen to, regardless of whether it's real or not (and it might be....Royce's tone of voice suggests he's not taking lip from anyone...)
Perfectly put
Royce ah big problem🔥🔥🔥 I don't feel Lupe ready for all dat smoke.
Lupe already buried him with "Steve Jobs". Bro.. Its already over.
@@slimc3769 Let the gods fight and let’s see who bleeds first. Lupe and Royce are Titans whose battle can’t be determined in a few hours in one round
@@dannyfrommars22432 Royce already backed off. Look at his tweet from yesterday. He submitted cuz he knew... He called lupe a bitch now saying he won't go at lupe personally. Fuck otta here. Lupe came for his neck and Royce bowed down. Rocye is a monster on the mic dont get me wrong. He aint on Lupe's level.
bro you kept me waiting 🎆🎇 thank you
Make sure you do STEVE JOBS PT.1 and the SLR 3 1/2
Lupe said the podcast is over 😂😂😂😂
Royce raps above my level of intelligence and it makes me sad cuz I feel lost way too much when listening to his song. And I'm no dummy!! (I swear, lol)
I believe you! 😉 Lol
You real
You weren’t dumb but 5,9 made you
That bar like Conway Ruger your face back straight
Finally!! Someone who knows the difference between real rap and rhyming words. Lupe didn't say shit but a bunch emotional mumbojumbo...
Word! Facts
Have you been keeping up on Royce? He's the one who's been emotional. Like Stevie said, him and budden are the Real Hip Hop Housewives
I'm so excited about this one! Royce went extra hard on this track! 🐐💩
25:38 @StevieKnight some folks don’t think he’s a problem not to mention Royce album dropped like 5 or 6 months ago so yeah Royce still in kill mode #PUTSOMERESPECKONHISNAME 🎼🎼🎧🎤
Killed it with the reaction mt G 👏👍🙏 ❤ from 🇮🇳
You can see the goofies that on the "he got baited because his response...", this ain't a Tom MacDonald and Mac Lethal shit. You don't bait. That's an automatic L on a first round. Y'all okay?
I never heard that bait shit until i did tom macondald vs mac lethal. when i said lethal easily took round 1
@@RedTopReactions that shits how high-key whack tbh... It just screams "I can't make a good first diss so imma have to make a crap one so I can respond to your better one" (not speaking on the Mac battle just in general)
@@calebbennett563 oh definitely i feel ya, and that cost you a round
We here for it
Stevie you should do more Royce Reaction
Try to React to (Tricked, Royce ft king crooked) this one is pretty dope
The thing with battle rap and diss tracks is: The result will always be different to each listener. This will depend on 'how its heard' to 'bars that are relatable' etc. So although neither artist will admit they lost, both participants involved will know who won deep down. All I know for sure is that this is so dope for HipHop!!!
Royce is levels above all modern day rappers
He's not above Eminem and he never will be
@@Kim-rf5et did i say he's above eminem?
