I met Andrae when I was just 15, I’m now 74.Disciples sang at the Church Of The Redeemer in Baldwin Park, Ca. In November 1970 my fiancé received Christ as her personal Savior. We just celebrated our 52nd wedding anniversary. To God be the Glory!
I remember the church of the Redeemer praise team would sing from time to time at the Good Shepherd bible church in Boyle HTS back when I attended & sang in choir 🎶🎵 wonderful praise and worship songs.
I used to sneak into my room and listen to Andrae Crouch and the Disciples cuz my parents didn't like gospel music much! I loved Andrae, Mighty Clouds of Joy, Walter Hawkins, etc. I was not your average white boy in small-town Oregon. But so grateful for Andrae!!! I regret not seeing him live!!! Ugh!!! He passed into heaven on my birthday, January 8, 2015. I was sitting in the airport in NZ, traveling with YWAM at the time. Sorrow mixed with great joy that he had faithfully proclaimed the good news of Jesus! This Live project is awesome!! Wow! Cranking it up in my studio!!!

When I was a little girl my mom would play andrae crouch he was the first and only gospel artist that made you believe how beautiful Jesus love us he made it easier for us to understand god love he has for us I'm 54 still love his music I played the mess out that album still is my favorite song livin this kind of life and my mom loved ooh it is Jesus when my mom passed away in 2008 we sung that song at her funeral. Wow! So glad to discover this video. He's my favorite Gospel artist, and although he canceled his show at The Circle Star Theater in San Carlos CA, I was fortunate to finally see him towards the end of his life at Yoshi's in Oakland, and it was wonderful. I have other favorite musicians, but he's the only one whose music carries with it the love and comfort of God, so it's very special for that reason.
When I last saw Andre in person, he sat while singing. He was already so sick. Iam blessed to see these videos and sing along, to bless and praise The Lord.

I don’t like death metal but I appreciate the talent of the drummers who can play those outrageous fast beats for long periods of time. Growing up on Andrae Crouch, Walter Hawkins... I didn’t think harmony could arrive into the future today the way the disciples laid it down back in the 70s. Seeing them in concert then gave me chills. Now this compilation is superb.. the harmony here is 2nd to none. Wow! So glad to discover this video. He's my favorite Gospel artist, and although he canceled his show at The Circle Star Theater in San Carlos CA, I was fortunate to finally see him towards the end of his life at Yoshi's in Oakland, and it was wonderful. I have other favorite musicians, but he's the only one whose music carries with it the love and comfort of God, so it's very special for that reason.

When I last saw Andre in person, he sat while singing. He was already so sick. Iam blessed to see these videos and sing along, to bless and praise The Lord.
This is the first time I’ve ever commented on dislikes. Those who disliked this concert should be put in musical hell!!! I don’t like death metal but I appreciate the talent of the drummers who can play those outrageous fast beats for long periods of time. It’s ok to dislike something if it’s evil but not because it’s different. Learn to appreciate the beautiful forms of music.
Just discovered this concert and I'm stunned! I thought it was impossible to improve on Andrae Crouch's songs but the maestro outdid himself!

Growing up on Andrae Crouch, Walter Hawkins... I didn’t think harmony could arrive into the future today the way the disciples laid it down back in the 70s. Seeing them in concert then gave me chills. Now this compilation is superb.. the harmony here is 2nd to none. I’m in awe and have watched this about 20 times in the last month... so the digital vinyl has a scratch by now. 😕 Doo do doooo do....... all smiles everytime I listen... RIP brother Andrae
