    Hello 🙂 I have been seriously ill for several years after eating gluten-containing products. After a short time, it turned out that my body reacts similarly to dairy (milk protein, not just lactose). I'm glad I came across your channel. And GF (and DF) prepping gives me inner peace 😉

      I am sorry to hear about your food sensitivities. It totally sucks to not be able to eat gluten or dairy. I react to the protein in dairy as well. 😞

    My parents buy their potatoes from a vegetable wholesaler. We get 50 pound bags for $8. We go in together and share them. Beats paying $6 for 10 pounds at the grocery store.

      That is fantastic! Vegetable wholesale places are a huge money saver. I wish there was one closer to us.
