Does 2 sample variance test and f test are same?

The 2-Sample Variance test calculations are based on Bonett's Method and Levene's Method. These calculations are valid for any continuous distributions. Whereas, you can use F-test only for normal data. In other words, we can say, F test is a part of the 2 Sample Variance Tests.
