Some jumps like Stadium super trucks would have been cool
Utvs are not built to hit jumps to a flat landing like the stadium trucks.

@@NewTrip_NewAdventure I never thought of lower the jump. These things would still be in rough shape jumping from a ramp to a flat. They aren’t built for landing on a flat. Would have to do some suspension changes
@@NewTrip_NewAdventure trust me I know all too well! Totaled a 2013 commander brand new hitting a jump to a flat at Astoria in Illinois. I didn’t know it was a small table top I landed so hard on the flat that it twisted the frame. Hardest hit I have ever taken. I was only about 3 foot above the lip of the landing and still hit the flat that hard. It was partly my fault. I had a plow mount on the front that dug into the ground and it pushed the frame in a super weird way
@@gagemeyer363 i used to race sxs’s jumps to flat are not bad at all. We hit some ramps that’ll put wheels 5-6 ft off the ground to flat. If youre sideways its a different story
Watching this video, I learned 3 things.
1) the Blog needs a dedicated short course car or 2
2) the FF grass got FF'd last weekend
3) Doug, Sous, and Rick need to be announcing these races. They did an EXCELLENT job throughout this video.

I like the shorter videos (less than 20 minutes) and the continued trips to Florida. You can see these 2 things have really grown the channel.

that rs1 was AWESOME!!! he knew how to handle his car as well. He started in what position n 10 laps he kicked ass thats for sure.
I'm going to show this to my local track owner. I'm willing to bet people will see this sort of racing at Saturday night short tracks all over the country. This is awesome!
I was at the FF for the live event. Super cool! I couldn’t believe how loud those units are in person!! Also wanted to mention that I found the whole Cleetus community from the SXSBLOG channel. I have watched all the channels grow and become an awesome community.

Leo and Frankie would be tough to beat with a lower ride height limit straps and the right tires! Pretty sweet race! You guys are having too much fun.
They should start an SXS wingless mini sprint class at the Freedom Factory. All they need is flat track radial tires and wheel spacers. Limit straps, some suspension & gear ratio tuning. It would be so fun to watch.

I love the racing content. Looks like you guys could use some negative camber on those units. Will this be a regular event? It should be. Maybe use SST style race set up...8 laps with a competition caution at half way.
The racing content is the reason I found SXS blog 5 yrs. ago. Drag racing is ok, but wheel to wheel is way

Small sections of plastic k rails on the infield turns to help with knowing the layout. And small jumps to flat landings

Yall should start SXS mini sprint races at the Freedom Factory. They are basically almost the same as wingless mini sprints. Or run them with small wing sprints. All you need is flat track radial tires, wheel spacers, and some suspension and gear ratio tuning. It would be an awesome new sport.
That was a badass race. If everyone was on same tires and Frankie’s car held up would a been a hell of a battle
I agree with the tire suggestion but, I would talk with Shock Therapy about a suspension setup instead of increasing power. Looks like a lot of fun was had by all. Thanks for sharing.

Stadium truck style JUMPS! That will stop people from turning their SxS's into street cars. Cut down your shock shafts a couple inches and offset wheels to get another 6 inches of width. That is why Renner had such of an advantage. (his width compared to the weight of the car) What would be cool is a Supermoto (part dirt track) style of a track with some whoops and a couple of double jumps

Love Your Videos, keep it up, the only track change is less sharp turns these are not motocross so more room to pass in the corners, the rest is all good, would drop suspension on side by side for the lowest gravity for cornering .
Freedom Factory needs a dirt track on the premises, get it done Cleet!!!

You guys need to buy a freedom factory type place for sxs racing. That would be awesome. Dirt track and drag strip racing.
The way we saw Sous and the Pro R rip the FF the last time, I feel I like it would've done excellent given the right tire.
Polaris should update the RS1. Great unit. I still think it would be really popular if it came with a factory turbo and long travel.

I loved it, but everyone on the same tires would be good if possible.
I think this has potential.
1. everyone should be running same tires. Race tires are to sticky and a waste of money. Something cheaper that lasts multiple races. Car or truck tires. It’s not about the most grip it’s what everyone can do with an equal amount of grip.
2. more of a simple course. With more cones to define track.
3. Metal kicker ramps.
A. Who doesn’t want to see things fly.
B. Slow the cars down a bit on the straights.
C. Car setup wouldn’t just be slammed and stiff to win.
4. Maybe 2. 5 lap sprints qualifiers with random starting order each time. Then a 10 lap main based on how qualifiers went.
I know this was a little fun thing but Please help make this into something.
