It's not the draft. All you have to do is not sign up for the army when they try to recruit you. They would come to my school but they didn't care if you were athletic or not. They wanted anyone to sign up. Many times they would sign up a 17 year old without their parents permission. I seen so many people sign up and not go because of this. Most people who signed up didn't even play sports in high school and definitely not athletic.

If you cant manage to do 10 consecutive pull ups, you can consider yourself pretty weak and in bad physical shape, even more if you are less than 25.
