- Aquarium of 300x75x75 cm (1600L) scaped 18 months ago at Aquaflora for Vivarium exhibition in the Neterlands. This Aquascape got some changes few months ago, keeping the hardscape intact, but replacing most of the plants to give a different look without loosing the natural enviroment.

How thick is the glass 15 to 20 mm
I think this one has 18mm glass with top and bottom reinforcement.

Thanks Mike. It's the second time we move the tank and I must say it's a bit challenging and we need to be careful with all steps.

How many mm glass
18mm if I'm not wrong... But it's blocked all over the top and bottom to make it secure.

Great work, thanks for showing! I wonder why you had 8x AI Prime over the 180cm Nature aquarium ua-cam.com/video/H7WTbgcfGfc/v-deo.html and "only" 5 over this huge 300cm tank which seems higher and wider as well? I like to know if I hould put 2 or 3 AI Prime over a 140x60x60cm tank..
It depends of what you want to achieve and to whom belongs the tank. The 180cm tank is ours and we use it for exhibition when colors must be vibrant. The 300cm tank is not ours, we are responsible by maintenance and decoration but the budget was tight. This is why we are using the minimum to achieve a nice result... But we can't expect the same colors and growth as we have on the 180cm tank.
For a 140cm tank you need 3 because each one covers only 60x60cm, but depends of what you want to grow on it, maybe 2 is more than enough if you go for low/medium demanding plants.

I took a good look at this tank on sunday. Not the largest tank at Vivarium I believe, but most definately the most interesting.
This year I didn't have the time to visit the entire exhibition, so I don't know if it was the biggest tank over there.

No offense to You Felipe, but you could get better depth, with hardscape especially, with this height and width. 🤔😉
I know, but we always need to have in mind this layout was made to be moved, so big slopes aren't advised. Initially, this was built to have Discus in the exhibition, but then other fish got in.
If you see the last year layout, was with 75% Echinodorus to please mostly aquatic plants and fish keeping hobbyists.
Besides that, every time we need to move it to the exhibition, we need to catch twice the fish.
