Before a became a carer and my health declined I was a plant-a-holic and seed-a-holic. This brought back some good memories of times spent in the garden, thank you. I can't wait to make these.
Really enjoyed listening to the story and the history behind it. You are not only a creative junk journalists but a great story teller too! Thanks for sharing ❤🌿🌼✂️📖
Love your videos Melanie! You have such great ideas and such an easy way about you. It makes it very relaxing to listen to you and follow along with your projects!
Oh how I love these packets! I’ve had a problem gluing on parchment or similar paper! Great idea for the fold over and applying a tuck under the fold over to tuck things in! Absolutely cool! Tyfs!
Hi Melanie, love love love these seed packets 💕 definitely going to make some and also do some stamping of flowers etc and make some embellishments. Love your history 'lessons', so interesting, takes me back in time too 💕 just finishing my bee and sunflower journal, then am going to try and make your fabric journal too. So much to do never enough time! Have to fit another Liverpool visit in too, dying to go explore Neston area😊 best wishes Lucy x
Hearing a botanical story while watching your video I did not expect but really enjoyed it. And those pretty little teabags, apart from putting them into junk journals, are nice gifts for gardening people . Lovely idea, thank you.. Jutta Bohne
Glad you enjoyed it Jutta So lovely of you to leave a kind comment. I often add a little botanical story to my videos. I hope you find more inspiration here at The Treasured Page 🌿🦋
@@TheTreasuredPage being a botanist myself and very interested in plant hunting, I have not yet heard of this gentleman . I will listen again because I forgot his family name. Apart from the tea/seedbags you gave me a new plant hunter . Hurra! Doing guided tours in our botanic gardens I am constantly " hunting " for new stories to tell people. Thank you so much for this story, I hope it doesn't interfere with your interests? I will name my source, be sure.
Ah Merry Christmas Pat, thank you for all your kindness. You show me on the channel this year. I couldn’t do it without my wonderful supportive in subscribers. 🌿🦋
