wow that makes sense on why i dont have nightmares at all. i dont think ive ever had a nightmare actually, at least not in my room, i only have 1 mirror that is covered up by junk (im a mess) and a small one with a handle to hold.
it's a good habit to sit by yourself for an hour or so when you first wake up, enjoying the silence, connecting with yourself and not talking to anyone until you feel prepared. i try to stay in bed but i can't my anxiety won't let me chill for a sec
