Hi there! It looks like on the Grinch card it's a Parsley card base with a Poppy sleeve and ornaments, Sprout hand and Evergreen tree. On the Ballet Slipper card the tree is Eucalyptus and the sleeve and ornament are Wildberry. The third card appears to be Ballet Slipper, Eucalyptus, Rainforest and Wildberry. 😊
