Pisang matang itu terlalu manis.. jd kalo dimakan dengan kulit nya rasanya memang mengurangi rasa terlalu manis nya itu..selain itu kulit pisang juga bagus untuk mengurangi depresi..kulit pisang juga mengandung vit B6.. intinya cobain kalo gak percaya..tp pisang nya harus sama Persis dengan yg dia makan..jangan asal caplok aja krn pisang gak semua sama, ada juga pisang beracun.. kulit pisang kepok gak enak untuk dimakan ,ingat kita bukan kambing ya..
