I purchased 2 of the 15 Amp versions for my living room by my TV. I loved them so much when I recently remodeled my kitchen I purchased 2 of the 20 amp version for the center island. While painting the Island, my dog got ahold of one of the cover plates, and chewed it to pieces. The customer service crew was quick to respond, and extremely kind in how they assisted getting me new cover plate. Eventually I'll be replacing many more outlets in my house with these. they work great, and install easily, and look fantastic. For anyone having issues plugging items into it - these are TP (Tamper Proof) outlets, they're designed so kids don't stick stuff in them and electrocute themselves.

Sorry but the outlet looks odd, the hot (short slot) is on the left but should be on the right. Looks like you reversed the video?
