Men historically were taught the two motion but now many use the one motion because for one it increases your range. And it's a better way to shoot.

Steph trains, so does she. As long as there is no physicality in the 3pt contest, she has a chance. I would pick Steph over her or anyone else in the NBA, but she deserves to compete for 3pt shots and even free throws if that was possible. She can't play in the NBA, but she can contest against NBA players in things like the 3pt contest and the skills challenge.
