Hey bro, I run a kettle corn business, and I believe that was a 2 qt (8 cup measuring glass) of liquid. If I had to assume correctly, it had to have been butter oil. The item added to it was cheddar powder, its a Gold Medal product.

What is the liquid you are adding the cheese to? Surely not oil? and how are they not soggy......

The oil is called Ghee its when you extract the oil from butter.
