When I saw the 2019 drama at JW convention, the one that showed the story of Deuteronomy ch. 13, especially emphasizing verses 6 to 11, I was shocked to the core realizing the God I thought was LOVE, in the past was commanding family members to STONE your own family, relatives or friends. The moment when the drama ended and seeing JWs around me 👏 their hands, I was DONE with this org and these heartless people! So nice to know your Grandpa has ❤😊

I was contemplating going back and had been attending meetings, and then one day it dawned on me that I could never shun my daughter no matter what anyone said to me or showed me from a book I was out after that. Even my 11-year-old asked me “dad is that a cult?”
I went through the same process. I was still in , but had questions, and my daughter had left the religion. And I knew then that I could never not talk to her ever again!!!! It went against every fiber in my being!! Kudos to you!
