@Brian-bi6ng Yeah the Ego pushed me away long before the drama came, him text banning people for asking questions that were too simple was a step too far for me (his response was that the person shouldn't be watching if they didn't understand those basic concepts)
at 9:02 deadlock wall is like sage wall, unless i'm missing context? it has a "construction time" where it's 18 bullets to break the center orb if you break in the first 2 ish seconds. after it's done building it becomes a full health wall
i’ve only been playing val for about 2 months now and i’m still learning!! the highest i’ve gotten is bronze LMAO but im making steady progress. the idea of using util to clear an area is like genuinely game changing for me, my approach had purely been util was purely for kills. also seeing how open the maps are is definitely interesting, as i always feel claustrophobic / as if there’s only one way to approach a task
1:15 ngl, I get so tunnel visioned in moments like these. I always thought that flanking would take too much time and I wouldn't be able to defuse in time
tbf @ 9:35, you dont only need to cover space, a big part is also to make a fight - a Thrash can only detain one or two people - it's easy to tuck and then basically play anti to cover the detained teammate. flashing as you enter isn't a terrible idea to clear the entry area.
I want that jett on my team ffs lol. My teammates do one of two things. Sit in main and get picked off one by one or start going main, smoke comes down or some single bit of resistance and "Lets rotate" into all dying mid trying to rotate since they for some reason assume it's fine to run with knifes out there. It is so hard to get my teams to go in. If I play duelist, they sit main while I go in regardless if I get a kill or all the way into heaven, they are still sitting main. If I play initiator I flash, sova dart, drone, dog, doesn't matter they just sit main or run in before the util even tho I said wait for X. If I play controller they start going up, I drop my smokes right before they should peak and they turn around or sit until smokes drop and then push in one at a time. Its a joke. Sadly MMR is a thing so I will never get passed gold without creating a new account. Getting Match or Team MVP almost every game. It's wild.

11:34 Brother it's 10 seconds, just tell your homies to chill. Why are people so scared to communicate in this game? A good alternative for that specific situation is having cypher use his cam to clear close if the 10 second cooldown is too long
