The invasion of Yugoslavia, also known as the April War or Operation 25, was a German-led attack on the Kingdom of Yugoslavia by the Axis powers which began on 6 April 1941 during World War II.
The invasion commenced with an overwhelming air attack on Belgrade and facilities of the Royal Yugoslav Air Force by the Luftwaffe and attacks by German land forces from southwestern Bulgaria.

The Royal Yugoslavian Army's standard anti-tank gun, at the time of the invasion, was the Skoda 47mm. L.43 (PaK.36(t) in German service).

According to information, in 1941 the Yugoslav army was heavily armed with Vickers MK.E light tanks instead of Renault FT-17. And their infantry did not wear
Adrian Helmets.
