మనలో చాలా వరకు విద్యార్థులు అయినా లేక ఎవ్వరైనా English అని అంటేనే ఒక భూతంలాగా చూస్తుంటాము, అసలు ఇంగ్లీష్ అనే పదం వినగానే వొణికిపోతుంటారు అయితే అలా భయపడుతున్నవారే ఇంగ్లీష్ అనర్గళంగా మాట్లాడితే మరియు ఎంతో మందికి ఇంగ్లీష్ నేర్పించగలిగితే అటువంటి విజయాన్ని పొందారు మన రాఘవేంద్ర గారు, ఆయన ఒక మామూలు మధ్యతరగతి కుటుంబంలో పుట్టి పెరిగారు. ఆయన ఇంటర్మీడియట్ వరకు తెలుగు మీడియం లోనే చదువుకున్నారు. డిగ్రీ లో మొదటి సారి ఇంగ్లీష్ మీడియంలో చేరారు,అయితే డిగ్రీ చదివేటప్పుడు ప్రభుత్వం నిర్వహించిన ఒక పథకం ద్వారా డిగ్రీ B.Sc కంప్యూటర్ సైన్స్ చదువుతున్న విద్యార్థిని విద్యార్థులకు MNC కంపెనీలలో ఉద్యోగావకాశాన్ని ఇచ్చారు, అందులో రాఘవేంద్ర గారు కూడా పాల్గొన్నారు అయితే ఇంటర్వ్యూ లో మొదటి రెండు రౌండ్లు మంచి ఉత్తీర్ణత పొందారు, తరువాత రెండో రౌండులో గ్రూప్ డిస్కషన్ లో ఆయనకు ఇంగ్లీష్ రాకపోవడం వలన ఉద్యోగం రాలేదు,ఇలా ఎనిమిది కంపెనీలలో ఆయనకు ఉద్యోగం రాకపోవడంతో చాలా నిరాశకు గురయ్యారు. కొంతకాలానికి ఒక ఉద్యోగావకాశం రావడంతో ఆ ఇంటర్వ్యూ కి వెళ్లారు, అక్కడ కూడా నిరాశ ఎదురైంది ఆ తరువాత నిర్ణయించుకున్నారు ఇంగ్లీష్ లో ఎలాగైనా మాట్లాడాలి తనని తానూ నిరూపించుకోవాలని. ఆ కలను నెరవేర్చుకోవడానికి ఎంతో శ్రమించి చివరకు కేంబ్రిడ్జ్ యూనివర్సిటీ నుండి ఉత్తమ ఇంగ్లీష్ బోధకుడిగా సర్టిఫికెట్ పొందారు. తరువాత ఆయనకు విదేశాలలో ఉద్యోగావకాశం వచ్చినా ఆయన తన తల్లిదండ్రులతో ఉండాలని ఇక్కడే ఉండి తన లాగా ఇంగ్లీష్ రాక ఇబ్బందులను ఎదుర్కుంటున్న వారికి ఇంగ్లీష్ నేర్పిస్తున్నారు. ఈరోజు రాఘవేంద్ర గారు మనతో ఎలా అయన తన ఇంగ్లీష్ భయాన్ని అధిగమించారో మరియు ఇంగ్లీష్ భాష అంటే భయపడుతున్న వారికి ఎలా దానిని అధిగమించాలో జోష్ టాక్స్ ద్వారా మనతో పంచుకుంటున్నారు.
