      Kevork almassian.

Much gratitude for having on Mr. Almassian. He has appeared on several independent news channels in the past month as well as having his own channel and has the most relevant and informed analysis I have seen. Poor Palestinian people too. Israel's quenchless thirst for stolen land could lead to a world War.
Given Israel's meticulous planning and stranglehold on the entire US government, I wonder if provoking Putin in Ukraine was an attempt to stretch Russia thin before Israel annexed more land. It makes no sense that NATO was so obsessed with having Ukraine as a member. It was obvious Putin wouldn't allow that. Israel is playing chess with Russia and winning. America - and NATO- are well trained attack dogs of the zionist cult.

So many Americans (I am a citizen of the US) will give our propagandized opinion of the world and yet we have never experienced active military conflict on our streets. We should be ashamed of ourselves and the destruction we cause around the world. Directly and indirectly of course.

It is claimed that representatives of the two countries also advised Assad to set up a government-in-exile, Assad still remains in Syria, but his family traveled to Russia last week.
Before that, the Syrian president asked Egypt, Jordan and a number of other states to help with weapons and intelligence, but he was refused. Turkey also did not respond to Assad's request and did not intervene in the fighting to stop the terrorists advance.

I think what the guest said was that withdrawal of troops was not a pre-condition of talks, but what was requested was an indication or commitment that at the end of the peace process (maybe in 5-10 years) there would no longer be Turkish troops in Syria. A reasonable peace settlement should not require the presence of foreign troops after genuine stability and reconstruction has been achieved.

@@StandinOnBunissThat's why you never let people with other interests guarantee your peace. Unfortunately, the Syrians let their guard down and are paying for it...a much higher price than they bargained for.
Local alliances should have been strengthened, better a friend that is close by than a brother that is far away (being very generous calling Russia their brother).
Still a tiny possibility that things are not as it seems though. If Syria collapses so easily, I think everyone will know where Russia stands on these matters, and it will be wise for Niger/Mali etc to watch and learn that Russia cannot guarantee their peace (and perhaps have no obligation to).

They handed over Aleppo without fighting.Small gang of terrorists takes a 2M city in two days. How? SAA handing over one city after another without resistance. Why? They left even Deir ez-Zor which previously survived for years completely surrounded by terrorists. Why?

I think there’s another telling regarding Erdogan with these recent clashes. While he wants to capture some territory as belonging to the Turks, on top of dealing with the Kurds and later the Armenians for well known reasons…the biggest take is that Türkiye hasn’t given up on trying to integrate with Europe with these actions, and appear to be dead set on it. As a country straddling on two continents and access to both the Mediterranean and Black Sea, those Neo-Ottoman dreams of power are turning into a reality for those believers.

TEN POSSIBILITIES | End game in Syria and nearby may be coming within weeks/months. The 10 possibilities listed below I've derived hugely influenced by Kevork Almassian of Syriana Analysis in this video chat. He's said it "with a heavy heart” after over a week of military developments in Syria and political responses, or lack of them, by major and minor powers.
    ....................
    Ten Predictions
    ....................
    1. Israel will grab more territory taking it out of Syria, joining it to the Golan Heights. No doubt the Trump regime recognise and support that grab, having already recognised Israel’s multiple land grabs during the first Trump term
    2. NATO-member Turkey will take more territory in northern Syria including the country’s second and third biggest cities, Aleppo and Homs
    3. Syria’s government may be allowed to survive in Damascus (with no access to oil, transport or resources)
    4. Iran will not be able to supply Hezbollah via Syria, and will focus on self-preservation
    5. Lebanese communities may experience foreign-influenced increased communal divide and rule, and Israel will perhaps grab the territory up to the Litani River
    6. United States will retain its oil-grabbing transport routes and disrupting military forces in Syria as the US’s Zionist masters and Christian Zionist lobby will wish them to do so
    7. Russia strained by the ongoing Ukraine special operation may kiss goodbye to its Mediterranean sea base in Syria, expecting that the era of sea battles has been passed by hypersonic and even slower missiles
    8. China will experience disruption to its oil supplies but will not be able to do much
    9. Gulf emirates and Saudi Arabia will worry about Turkey's neo-Ottomanism rise
    10. The Levant and nearby, the oldest regions of Christian habitation on Earth will have virtually no more Christians with years

Seems like it at present. On point 7, Russia has shown it doesn't need bases, or ships or planes, to hit targets anywhere in the world within minutes with its hypersonic missiles/glide vehicles, so it seems like bases, ships and planes are more of a liability these days (maybe that's why they may not be too concerned about pulling out of Syria; they can do anything they want to from the air/space).
