It's not too difficult to do. I live on the coast, so we always have fresh seafood. But if they're used to eating out a lot, they might struggle because there aren't many vegetarian/pescatarian options at fast food chains. It's been helping me save money because I no longer have to buy a lot of meat, and I cook most of my food at home. Good luck to them! Thanks for watching! 💜

Good to know that you’re a vegetarian. Just wondering have you ever taken vitamin B12 to cure the tingling and numbness in your body? I know this subject is off topic, but back in August I used to be a vegan who suffered tingling and numbness in the hands, feet, etc. My iron level was still normal, but was deficient in vitamin B12 so it prompted me to go back to eating red meat. Is currently back to the vegetarian lifestyle while taken vitamin b12.
I've taken B12 before, but I haven't experienced tingling and numbness since giving up meat. I take a One a Day multivitamin that has 9.6 mcg of B12 in it, which is more than the recommended amount for adults (according to the National Institutes of Health - Office of Dietary Supplements). I need to take iron supplements though, but my iron levels were always low even when I ate meat. Thanks for sharing this, and thanks for watching! 💜
@@OneFrugalIntrovert Will try One A Day supplement. Thanks. Oh. Do take your iron supplement because if you don’t you may become dizzy or anxiety.
@@ACCOMPLISHEDSHEIS I was taking them but stopped once I began taking the One a Day multivitamin. It has 18 mg of iron - the recommended daily amount for women - but I'm starting to think I may need a little more. I have anxiety and sometimes have dizziness.

Hey jerri I see you use prop money for your stuffing.... how do you keep track of that with the real money...lol like is it all in one acct and tou just so the challenges for fun?! I hope that makes sense 😂
Hi, Kandice! Great question! 💜 I don't like going to the bank, and I think it's unsafe to keep so much money in the house. I like to do the challenges for fun and for content. I keep all of that money in one high-yield savings account (Ally Bank) so I can make interest off of it. The good thing about Ally is that you can create multiple buckets within your savings account. So think of the savings account as your binder and the buckets as your envelopes. You can also create names for all your buckets. At the end of each month, I make sure all of my buckets match what's in my envelopes. I also track my envelope balances on a spreadsheet.
