The real Joe Pesci from Casino was NOT this guy, as the guy Joe Pesci portrayed was a REAL life Las Vegas mobster from Chicago named Tony Spilotro. Of course, in the movie they renamed him Nicky Santoro, like they renamed De Niro's real life charactet from Lefty Rosenthal to Sam "Ace" Rothstein. Anyhow, this guy was a far cry from Joe Pesci/Nicky Santoro/Tony Spilotro.
