Overtime everything will keep going up so depends if you like the item keep it. If you have a different weapon as your goal and you selling it means you can buy what you want then that's your choice but I wouldn't recommend selling personally. Gems are the worst thing you can have.
In the server they say S grades specifically but I would think you can do this with other items. You receive a non-graded version but see an s grade in trade. No idea if it would work with A or A+ grades I would think most just so it with S maybe a few clever people do it with A+ if it's possible.
Separate dev teams. Sub owns Death Ball but abandoned it for Anime Defenders. Just mentioning it because I get a lot of questions about where it's at in development. Dysu is the main dev for Dash Ball.
