I can’t tell you how great it is to see dads interacting with their babies. When I was growing up most dads were aloof and distant. This is so healthy.
When I first joined the military my oldest son used to do all of this with me, but unfortunately he passed away when he was a year old. He would have been 28yrs old this past August.... But me and my wife were blessed with 5 more children, and over the years we always had some sort of "boot camp" session together. Now I have this kind of fun with my granddaughter.
I love this. Not only is this adorable, but it's really setting a great example. It's important to workout and keep our bodies healthy. These kiddos will grow up incorporating exercise into their lives and they will be healthy. I love it!

you don't know that. there's 24hrs in a day. kids are up all hrs and doing al crazy stuff. sometimes you just gotta take a break and let them run it out themselves. you may see a clip or something where the parent was on phone and the child got hurt but that's ONE moment in life. that doesn't show the others 23hrs and 34min.
As parents you are setting an example for these babies to follow as they grow older. After giving birth i needed to lose weight so I followed an intense all around work out . In grade school, my son did the same without prompting till after he got out of the army , after college ,thru his job and advance degree. I never exercised till after pregnancy. His father never did .
I’m in fair to average health I’m not as lazy as my friend at least I exercise sometimes I walk like a mile and a half. At the falls I walked 3 miles before but the next day I was so sore I couldn’t hardly move

My little sister is my at-home workout buddy! She always tries to mimic most of the workouts I do, including burpees,push-ups, jogging 😆😆😆 btw, she's 2.5 years old!

The truth is, children try to be more attached to the person who generates more trust and more love or with whom they spend more time. That's why it's very important both dads and moms. Because each one will give that special touch, which will help shape the character and life of the baby.
I've graduated from watching owners playing with their pets to cute babies doing push ups with their dads. Is there anyone on earth more wholesome than me? I doubt it.
Like father, like son! That's why its so important for parents to be good role models for their children. They won’t listen to anything you say, but it you lead by example they will copy everything you do. ❤️
This is adorable. I'm not a dad but any time I've ever done pushups in front of babies or toddlers they think it's an invitation to go for a ride and try to climb on my back. Lol. It's cute too but I would of died laughing if they try to copy me.

I see sport as a good thing. Hope you and your family keep that fitness habit, hope your husband will practice to set an example for your children
