Aside from the great insight from probably my favorite bass player ever, I've always wanted to hear Tim and Brad Wilk just jam. Definitely one of the best rhythm sections in rock history and I was freaking out through the whole thing. Thanks for the awesome video Ernie Ball and Timmy C!
The most underrated rhythm section in rock - Tim and Brad! Actually - the trio with Tom - such a force to be reckoned with! They've written some of the most bad ass riffs ever!
Definitely one of the coolest experiences when you’re front row at a show in front of Tim. Definitely a blessing to have experienced it 3 times in my lifetime.
I had the privilege to see Audioslave at the Montreux Jazz in 2005... Wow.. What a shock I got with Tim and Brad... They are so close, their playing is so tight... One of the absolute best "rhythm sections" I ever saw live... And that bass sound is from outer space, taking the whole place between the drums and the guitar. Fantastic. Thanks Tim...
Take your guitar, tune it to drop D, switch to neck pickup, medium gain, and play this riff with them at 5:25. My neck hurts from headbanging, but it's worth it.

Band broke up , formed my own band , switched to 6 string guitar and just didn't play bass anymore , so the Steinberger was up for sale.
