    We need a tutorial for that head movement mechanic!!!! you easily have the best one ive seen so far... super smooth... We need to learn from the master!

    @tahoying Thanks! It is my own. I've added a link in the video description to a thread on Halloweenforum where I explain a few details about the head movement. I'll add to the thread as I progress through the build.

    This is probably the best frame I have seen. I would love to steal, er, I mean use your ideas for my own project. Any chance I can get an even more detailed plans on how to build something like this?

      Thanks, Hutch. The link in the description goes to a forum thread with some more details. I'm rebuilding it out of aluminum eventually and someday I'll need to update the thread.

      Yes, this is definitely the best frame I have seen so far. The up / down head movement is awesome.

    This design is ingenious. Is it your own? How did you get the head movement so smooth? All I see is a brake cable.

    Now I have my next project, check out my halloween costume, "Halloween 2011 Hobo's Portland"
