4.XG-serise pigment mixing ratio 10%.
5.Thinner XG-128AH mixing ratio 10%.
6.Heating Temp :100℃~130℃ for 4-5 minutes.
Process:
Step1:Crossing linker under print 2 layers.

Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 5G
Step2:Soft slicone with pigment print 2 laayers.
Soft silicone XG-866NYR+ 50G
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 1G
Thinner XG-128AH 5G
Pigment XG-serise 5G
Step3:Soft slicone with pigment print 4 laayers.
Soft silicone XG-866NYR+ 100G
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 2G
Thinner XG-128AH 10G
Pigment XG-serise 10G
Step4:Matte silicone upper print 1 layer.
Matte silicone XG-866M-6+ 50G
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 1G
Thinner XG-128AH 5G
After finish Countertop drying heating Temp :100℃~130℃ for 4-5 minutes.
