Nucleosome is actually a combination of 8 different types of Histone proteins (H1A, H2B, H3 and H4 ×2)....and DNA wraps itself around it. There is approx 160 to 241 Base pairs long DNA present on 1 Nucleosome. While Chromatin is something a big term...containing Nucleosome (containing DNA) and certain other proteins. So Chromatin contains DNA (which is in the form of Nucleosome) + other proteins. Also chromatin is a condense form present in nuclear sap but it further condenses to form CHROMOSOMES at the time of CELL DIVISION. Hope it'll help you. Don't know you are still facing problem in this topic (it's nearly 1 year lol!😅)
1:00 The DNA isn't wound around individual histones! It's wound around nucleosomes that are comprised of 8 histones!!!

Why can't my text book make this much sense?!?!?! *said while trying to hold back tears*
Hello Sir
I really liked your video
You made it understand so well
Can you please tell me what is difference between nucleosome and chromatin ?

@@kuldeeparya9392 You actually help others bro, thank you so much
DNA does not revolve around the individual histones, Id hate to be the hater but my fellow students, find another video
he is right, it wraps around nuclesome
Sir can you explain RNA INTERFERENCE IN ANOTHER LECTURE...
Easy to understand... Thanks a lot
you r the best
thanks
you are an excellent teacher. please make more content
thank you
You're welcome!
