I’m going to assume because I JUST ordered mine 😍😍😍 that the 2.28 diameter is the inner circle and the 2.74 diameter is the outer circle correct? I’m hoping so 😅 I’ll find out for sure when I get mine. I’m so excited 😆 I can’t wait to make my own buttons!

You are doing it wrong. When you put the image you have to align it with the arrows on the mold. Don’t put it straight, because in the final result your pin and design will be not aligned.
Thank you for taking the time to write your comment. Perhaps you have a different pin machine. I checked, I don’t have the arrows you write about on my machine. The method that I showed in my video works great for me.
