Very short summary, she's supposedly trapped between worlds or... something and she tries to follow the train tracks back to where she can find others, sees a suspicious man offering to take her to a location with other people, she agrees, and is never heard from again. My mind hurts

I played a game just like this. It’s called “Ghost Train” the story is very similar and the person that we are playing also ends up in a random non existent train station named Kisaragi Station. You get one last phone call to get you rescued a old man who is the only one in that station tells you to call “Home”. No one can help you cause they say their is no train station named like that but when you call Home your wife picks up and tells you to wait their but she never comes to recuse you. So you will have to follow the train tracks back and while walking you will eventually see some souls and the train waiting for you at the end of the train tracks.

I played a game just like this. It’s called “Ghost Train” the story is very similar and the person that we are playing also ends up in a random non existent train station named Kisaragi Station. You get one last phone call to get you rescued a old man who is the only one in that station tells you to call “Home”. No one can help you cause they say their is no train station named like that but when you call Home your wife picks up and tells you to wait their but she never comes to recuse you. So you will have to follow the train tracks back and while walking you will eventually see some souls and the train waiting for you at the end of the train tracks.
