VERMONT BIKEPACKING TRIP

3 days and 2 nights gravel bikepacking trip loop in Vermont starting in Montpellier. This is a modified shortened version of the Green mountain gravel growler. From high quality Vermont gravel roads to hike-a-bike section and paved sections trough nice little towns with amazing place to eat and taste craft beers, i really recommand this aventure ! Enjoy !

It was a very nice trip, inspired from the Vermont Gravel Growler route from bickepacking.com, modified for 3 days. Here is my 3 separate rides on strava :

Swim spots were amazing along the way, not a lot of camping options so i had one official and one improvised the first night cause i did'nt make it to my reserved campground.
My bike was a gravel with 700x400c tires and i believe it was perfect. Gravel roads in Vermont are amazing and mostly for what i rode as smooth as butter. Some sections in the woods with roots and rocks, only 1 hike a bike section the first day.
A lot of climbs but pretty doable with my 65 pounds bike.
A lot of small cities to resupply if you plan well and some pretty good Breweries ! Water easy to find and filter also.
You should try it !
