Woah, Malaysian's muslim here, I came from your viral vid and am lucky to find this within 24 hours of uploading! It's fascinating to know that there is a Mosque in China from thousands of years ago still standing, especially knowing it was built just 30 years after hijrah!
What a amazing and surprising video, I’m form Saudi Arabia and an old subscriber to your channel, it took me off guard and i really didn’t expect to see a mosque in this part of china, very informative clip thank you so much i will continue reading and learning about its history Please keep these amazing videos coming ❤
This made me emotional. Thanks for sharing. I’m a Muslim from the U.S. (mixed Arab and white), but I instantly feel a connection to all my brothers and sisters in faith worldwide and throughout the centuries. It’s fascinating to see small glimpses of how things spread and endured. I would love to visit China one day!
This is very interesting! Thank you. China’s long history of tourist attraction is appreciated. there a chance you can show other foreign settler religions such as Catholic Jesuits or Buddhist, Hindu etc.?
Bro,we got same last name! I am sorry, I can’t type it in mandarin. My dad is a Chinese born Canadian. He definitely will be so happy to see Hou -family tree growing up! Anyway it’s exciting to know the culture and improve my poor mandarin. ❤❤

Thank you for this video, very interesting to know more about our Islamic history in China. So just to be clear, the oldest mosque in China is built 30 Hijri (0:17) but the one you visited and made the video about is built 400 Hijri (1:20), is that correct?
The board explaining the imperial decree in both simplified Mandarin and English ... was probably put aside because it's aesthetically pleasant ? Why didn't you ask someone about it ?
Wow. Interestingly there has been a surge of many good Indian vloggers traveling to Northwest Kashgar in Xinjiang region and Aksai chin close to the line of control. I'm getting to see a lot of healthy exchanges in the comment section.^^ I find it fascinating and it's something new to me. Thank you for sharing this information. 💜
@@phoenixhou4486 Oh wow, that's great to hear! Since I don't know any of the languages, it's difficult for me to search for things. I'm excited to finally get a local's pov. ^^ I'll be eagerly waiting for your Kashgar journey. 파이팅 하세요!!
What does that have to do with this video? If we’re pointing out random things to not forget, then let’s add to that the Nanjing Massacre, the fact that the U.S. is built upon the genocide of the indigenous people. Lots of things we should not forget.

Fujian has a mosaic of religions! The Christians are very inculturated here. Also there is a small pocket of Manichaeanism in the Xiamen area iirc
