usung adobe PP2024, and there is an issue with Anchor Point for "progress" yellow sequence. In a video u have 0 and 0 parameters, but in clean project this parameter does not appear with zeroes and because of this horizontal scale works a little bit wierd.
If that the case, then you can change the position of your Anchor point to your left center. On your Effect Control panel, you can click on Shape to "Highlight" it, then change that "Blue Plus Circle" icon's position.
Please! don't skip video. From Essential Graphics panel, under Align & Transform you'll find Arc icon next to Width and height. Set any value you desired.
First click on shape layer, go to effects controls panel, then click on "Motion section" to highlight "Anchor point". Now you can bring that "➕blue circle" Anchor pint to left center of your shape. ⚠Make sure first you position your "Anchor Point" then only animate. That will save a lot of time.
