Klaw are very effective but Roger somehow counters them as he takes 50% hp + skill 2 and we are done
But if you can even dodge one of his attack then you are safe 👌

Dressrosa set is good for any runner but I personally use klaw with klaw medal along with 3 capns kid medal and 3 capns law medals
