Bro looks like it's an issue with all phones purchased in the amazon sale. Even i have same problem and looks like eveyone has this problem. Lots of comments saying the same battery issue.
I would like to answer this question. i own a s20 fe 5g from past 11 months. Answer is yes ! if you heat up your device your brightness will decrease to cool down the battery. After sometime when it is cooled enough brightness back to normal.
s20 fe fast battery drain due maybe to internet connection... i notice this because after i turn off the data, the battery is hardly decrease.. so my suggestion is turn off any auto update apps , 5g is off, and anything related to internet connection.. samsung one ui features maybe contribute to this problem.... 😅👍🏻👍🏻
Well it uses snapdragon 865 chip set which doesn't have a inbuilt 5g modem so samsung included a seperate modem just for the 5g connectivity so when ur using the mobile data both ur chip set and ur modem are working so the battery drains faster
Btw sitting inside home and giving battery drain test is not a real test as because aap jaha pe ho woha same network strength aa raha, same room temperature hai, so ek regular drainage hoga jo ki ideal ni hai everyday life se. So kosish karo ki apna daily tasks aur routine ko follow karte huye battery drain test do aap.

phone is good in all department, only draw back is battery performance. without using it (no internet, no games, no gps, no wifi, no calling), battery drains very fast. in an hour it drains 2 to 3% with above said conditions. even if you keep phone switch off and open after 8 hours, battery drains 10 to 12%. with use you can multiply ✖ it 20 times in battery drain condition. with adequate and regular use phone can survive 4-5 hours scteen on time. worst battery management done by Samsung for this phone (s20 fe 5g).
