Love the wood trees. I, like you, love using salvaged wood. I took the large, ornate banister spindles and made nutcrackers out of them. The spindles came from an outside deck railing that had rotted. I also salvaged the tapered end cuts from the new deck because they reminded me of Christmas Trees. Loved your rustic look on your trees.

Oh no, my friend. So sorry to hear about your mishap. Thank the lord that you didn't have more damage done. We had a bear attack our (big baby) chocolate lab last Thursday. 😢😢 he didn't make it. We had a horrible time losing him. If we could only unsee what we had to see... he was mangled up pretty bad
